Our school won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of China Society of Automotive Engineering in 2023

This auspicious year marks the commemoration of the 60th anniversary since the founding of the China Society of Automotive Engineering. On October 25th, within the resplendent halls of the Beijing International Convention and Exhibition Center, the grand stage was set for the 30th Annual Meeting and Exhibition of the China Society of Automotive Engineering (SAECCE 2023). Amidst the inaugural proceedings, the illustrious 2023 Science and Technology Awards of the China Society of Automotive Engineers were unveiled with great fanfare, heralding an esteemed ceremony of recognition and distinction.

Notably, the hallowed halls reverberated with applause as Hefei University of Technology, serving as the second unit, stood acclaimed for their pivotal role in the groundbreaking project entitled "Key Technology and Application of Intelligent Vehicle Perception and Collaborative Control System for Extreme Working Conditions," garnering the esteemed first prize for Science and Technology Progress.

The "Science and Technology Award of the China Society of Automotive Engineering" stands as a venerable tribute within the national automobile industry. Following meticulous evaluation and widespread acclaim, this year witnessed the crowning of 69 exceptional projects, including 2 special prizes for scientific and technological progress, 2 first prizes for technological inventions, 9 first prizes for scientific and technological progress, 2 second prizes for technological inventions, 15 second prizes for scientific and technological progress, and 39 projects awarded the esteemed third prize for scientific and technological progress.
