The 8th "Weimai Cup" JiangsuCompetitionofTransportation Science and Technology was held inSuzhouUniversity on May 13,2023.Taking"Digitization IntelligentEmpower,GreenTransport" as the theme,this competitionattracted26colleges, including Southeast university, Nanjing university of science and technology,Hohai university,Southwest jiaotong university, Hefei university of technology. A total of132 projects were received under the required submission condition. A total of 96projects from six fields made it to the final after the evaluation of the competition jury.

Threeprojectsfrom our school are the finalist under the careful organization of school of Automotive and Transportation Engineering, Hefei University of Technology and the supervision of the related teachers. After the fierce competition and the professionalreviewoftheexperts, the three projectssubmittedfromour schoolget good performances (including twothird prizes, and an excellent prize).Among them,the"Urban Comprehensive Pipeline Corridor Inspection Platform based on" AR + Inspection Robot "",and the"Mechanical and electrical Active Vehicle Suspension System based on road condition identification" won the third prize, andthe"Uav distribution and dispatching system based on VI and SLAM technology from the perspective of intelligent and green logistics" won the excellence award.

This competitionprovidesan important opportunity for the students of our school to communicate with the studentsfromJiangsu Province. In view of the problems under the new transportation background, it focuses on innovation and fully excavates the innovative application of big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence and othertechnologiesin the actual situation.
